How do I make a purchase?
1. Find the product that you would like to purchase.
2. Enter the details you would like your product personalised with on the product page.
3. Add the item to your shopping basket.
4. Choose to either continue shopping or proceed to checkout. (Note: You can always view your shopping basket by using the icon at the top right of every page of the website)
5. At the checkout, double check your order and then choose whether to log into your existing account, create an account or checkout as a guest.
6. Enter your billing and delivery information. Then follow the onscreen instructions to make payment and complete your order. A confirmation will be sent to the email address provided.
What payment methods do we accept?
We accept the following card types: - Visa, MasterCard, Visa Debit, Electron, Solo, Maestro and American Express. These are processed securely by Worldpay.
We also accept PayPal.
Will I receive confirmation of my order?
Yes, you will receive an email confirming your order has been received.
Do you accept custom orders?
Yes we accept custom orders. Please contact us here to discuss your individual requirements.
Can I place orders over the phone?
Yes we can take orders over the phone. We will then send you an invoice for you to complete the payment online through one of our secure payment providers.
Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched. Please contact us here with your order number.
What delivery methods do we offer?
We offer UK standard delivery (2-3 days) and UK express delivery (next working day). For all other countries we use international standard. For full details on our delivery services, please visit here.
My order has not arrived, what do I do?
If you are in the UK and have not received your order within 7 days, please get in touch with us here with your order number and we will look into this for you. International delivery can take up to 7-10 working days so please allow for this.
