How To Use Our Fragrance Oils
The percentage of fragrance oil you use to the remaining ingredients in your products is called the fragrance load. Below is our recommendations on what fragrance load to use for different products.
🕯️Candles & Wax Melts
We recommend using between 8-10% fragrance oil with your chosen wax for a strong scent throw (all of our waxes have a recommended max oil load on their respective web page).
🧂Simmering Granules
Our testing found that simmering granules had great results using a 2% fragrance load. We offer a starter kit here with full instructions on how to make simmering granules.
🛀 Cosmetics
Our oils are suitable for use in bath bombs, whipped soap, hot & cold press soap and more. They are also designed to be used in Cosmetic Product Safety Reports (CPSR). Please check the IFRA document that can be found on the respective fragrance oil page for the allowable percentage in your chosen product.
