Dispatch & Delivery

 

All orders are shipped in order and we aim to dispatch within 1 working day, however during busy seasonal periods e.g. Christmas, this can increase to 3 working days.

Delivery times are shown at the check-out for each service we offer.

We ship worldwide using Royal Mail, DPD or another reliable courier.

Delivery costs are calculated on the weight of the items in your basket.

Delivery Options - UK

Royal Mail 24 - Your parcel should arrive within 1-2 working days after dispatch.

Royal Mail 48 - Your parcel should arrive within 2-3 working days after dispatch.

DPD - Your parcel should arrive within 1-2 working days after dispatch. This is often the fastest delivery method we offer.

We offer FREE delivery on orders over £100 (with the exception of full boxes of wax and this is mainland only).

Delivery Options - International

We use DPD to ship our international orders with the exception of a few countries that the courier we use will vary.

International Customs Tax

For the majority of EU countries, you will be required to pay a customs tax on your order, this is set by your government and is unfortunately out of our hands. 

We cover the cost of the customs clearance fee but not the customs fees themselves.

Our courier will be in touch via email with instructions on how this can be paid.

Your shipment will not be released until this payment is made.
