How do I make a purchase?

  • Find the product/s that you would like to purchase.
  • If your product has a requirement e.g. size, then select the option you wish to purchase from the drop down menu on the product page.
  • Then click 'Add to Cart'.
  • Choose to either 'continue shopping' or 'checkout'. (Note: You can always view your basket by clicking the shopping bag icon at the top right of every website page).
  • At the checkout, double check your order and then choose whether to log into your account, create an account or checkout as a guest.
  • Enter your billing and delivery information. Then follow the onscreen instructions to make payment and complete your order. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay and Amazon Pay.

We also accept the following Buy Now, Pay Later methods:

Klarna:

  1. Select "buy now, pay later" at the checkout.
  2. The first instalment is taken when you place the order.
  3. The 2 further instalments will automatically be taken over the next 2 months.

  2. The first instalment is taken when you place the order.

Will I receive confirmation of my order?

Yes, you will receive an email confirming your order has been received.

Do you accept custom orders?

Yes we do accept custom orders. Please contact us here to discuss your individual requirements.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Yes we can take orders over the phone. We will then send you an invoice for you to complete the payment online through one of our secure payment providers.

What delivery methods do you offer?

We offer the following services for our UK customers: Royal Mail Tracked 24 (1-2 working days), Royal Mail Tracked 48 (2-3 working days) and DPD express delivery (next working day).

We also ship to most other countries via DPD, Fed-Ex and Royal Mail. For full details on our delivery services, please visit here.

My order has not arrived, what can I do?

If you are in the UK and have received your order within 7 days, please get in touch with us here with your order number and we will look into this for you. International delivery can take up to 7-10 working days so please allow for this.
